  		Thomas Leicester marriage to Eln Barker, 1680 I think this is the only marriage image I have ever seen without the name of a bride. Tom and Eln married on 29 Jun 1680, probably in Davenham, Cheshire. The bride's name is not given here, but Boyd's index apparently has a marriage bond that names her. The entry here reads: "Thoma Lycester junior & L married by lycence from [Church?] June 29"

  In the parish record itself, on Thomas' marriage record no bride is named - or rather, just an E....... is given. However, in FindMyPast, there is a record of a marriage licence in Boyd's 1st Misc Series 1538-1775, which gives the names Thomas Leicester and Eln Barker, licenced in 1680.
